If DHL can't delivery a package on the day they said would be delivered perhaps they should add it a couple more days, that way we wouldn't be so frustrated with their poor service.
Second time ordering with DHL and that's the second time my delivery was delayed. When I pay $200 for shipping I expect it to arrive on the date you promised! Last time I ordered with Amazon two days delivery guaranteed it took 8 days! Hopefully this time won't take that long.
