I buy online and have it shipped here. My husband is a trucker so he picks it up on his way home to Canada. Great service for Canadians.

Unbelievable service!!! You can't find a better parcel service for both receiving and sending parcels.
Despite being closed after hours on a Saturday evening, I emailed border parcel hoping I could pick up my package that was delivered after hours. I put a big emphasis on 'hoped' since they werent supposed to be open until the following Monday. To my surprise I received an email within an hour explaining that my package would be ready for after hour pickup through the rest of the weekend. Needless to say I was impressed, it could have been just as easy to ignore my selfish request and wait to respond on Monday. Or even explain that the service needs to be arranged, before the weekend (echoing the same requirement that boldly grabs the attention of everyone that uses the website). Either of those would have made sense.
I suspect Chad would prefer if his clients didnt wait until the last minute or until after close to request this but then again most business' wouldn't put their day off on hold either.
